- Chat Logs: AI conversations are processed in real-time and not permanently stored by us
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for improvement purposes
- After Account Deletion: We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
10. International Data Transfers
MindGlow is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect (including through our third-party services) may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries.
By using MindGlow, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
