How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings โ [Your Name] โ Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Music AI, and tap Cancel. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Music AI charge.
How do I delete my data?
Either tap Settings โ Delete All Data in the app, or email us with the subject "Delete my data" and we will erase everything tied to your anonymous identifier within 7 days.
I'm a Pro subscriber but the app says I'm not.
Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall โ this re-syncs Apple's receipt with our servers. If the issue persists, please email us your subscription start date so we can look up your account on RevenueCat.
Can I use generated songs commercially?
Pro subscribers retain commercial-use rights to their generated songs, subject to TemPolor's terms governing AI-generated audio. Free-tier songs are for personal use only.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings โ Delete All Data in the app. This wipes every song, playlist, and the anonymous identifier tied to your device โ irreversibly. You can also email aimusicgenerator.app@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
