ciftlikcialperen@gmail.comBalanz needs read access to Apple Health. Open Settings โ Health โ Data Access & Devices โ Balanz and make sure Active Energy, Resting Energy, Steps and Workouts are enabled. If you don't wear an Apple Watch, Balanz estimates movement from your iPhone's step count instead.
Balanz builds your target from a standard formula (Mifflin-St Jeor by default) plus your goal pace, and the deficit or surplus is already included โ you simply eat up to the number. After a few weeks of consistent logging and weigh-ins, adaptive targets replace the formula with what your body actually does, so the number may shift.
Balanz reads dietary energy from Apple Health. Make sure the other app is set to write food data to Health, and that Balanz has permission to read it. Entries appear after the next refresh.
Open Profile โ Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings โ [your name] โ Subscriptions โ Balanz. Cancelling before the trial ends means you are not charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Use Profile โ Delete account in the app. This removes the anonymous record from our backend and clears local data. Data stored in Apple Health itself is managed by you in the Health app.
